Latino Perceptions offers an array of qualitative services, including traditional focus groups, in-home mini-groups, In-Depth Interviews and ethnography. We have developed tools and strategies for conducting these qualitative efforts online and in person. Critical to obtaining deep and rich insights from any form of qualitative marketing research is the development of exercises and activities for participants either before, during or sometimes even after the interviews. These activities help participants become more engaged in the research topic, more reflective about their behaviors, and more valuable contributors to the research process.
